Constitution Court

Constitution Court is located in the Village of Gouverneur, approximately a half mile south of Main Street, less than thirty miles north of Fort Drum. Constitution Court provides various floor plans ranging from two-bedroom/ one-bathroom garden-style apartments to four-bedroom/ two and one-half-bathroom townhomes featuring a complete list of market quality home features. All apartment homes have individual attached or detached garages. The community has an available clubhouse for residents to use.
